„Jazz meets art-pop” – így lehetne tömören jellemezni az énekes-zongorista Mózes Tamara és a billentyűs-zeneszerző Kaltenecker Zsolt alkotta Mozes & Kaltenecker formáció különleges műfaját. Zenei univerzumuk egyedülálló módon ötvözi a jazzt, a popot, a rockot, az elektronikus hangzásokat, a progresszív elemeket és az improvizációt. A Futurized című debütlemez sikere után a duó vadonatúj albuma, a Sub Rosa 2025 májusában jelent meg a BMC Records gondozásában.
Az anyag teljes egészében a seaboard és az énekhang különleges kombinációjára épül, effektekkel és olykor akusztikus zongorával kiegészítve – ez az első lemez a világon, amely ilyen jellegű hangzással született. A seaboard egy innovatív és rendkívül kifejező billentyűs hangszer, amely lehetővé teszi a hangok csúsztatását, vibrálását, modulációját, valamint a hangszínek széles skálájának megszólaltatását.
A Citizen Jazz francia zenei magazin szerkesztője által „csodálatos felfedezésként” jellemzett duó az elmúlt években számos külföldi helyszínen lépett fel, többek között a Gaume Jazz Festival (Belgium), a GES International Jazz Festival (Szlovákia), a Ljubljana Jazzfest+ (Szlovénia), a Jazz HR Festival (Horvátország), a Paris Voicingers Festival (Franciaország), valamint a Jazzahead! Showcase (Németország) keretében, amely az európai jazzszíntér egyik legnagyobb presztízsű rendezvénye.

“Jazz meets art-pop”, this is how one could sum up the individual genre of Mozes & Kaltenecker, a duo founded by singer-pianist Tamara Mózes and keyboardist-composer Zsolt Kaltenecker. Their musical universe combines jazz, pop, rock, electronic sounds, progressive elements, and improvisation. Following the success of their debut album Futurized, the duo's brand new album, Sub Rosa was released in May 2025 on BMC Records.
The entire album is based on the unique combination of seaboard and vocals, complemented by effects and the occasional acoustic piano – it is the first album in the world created with this kind of sound. The seaboard is an innovative and highly expressive keyboard instrument that allows for sliding, vibrating, and modulating sounds, as well as producing a wide range of timbres.
Described as a “wonderful discovery” by the editor of French magazine Citizen Jazz, the duo has performed at numerous venues abroad in recent years, including the Gaume Jazz Festival (Belgium), the GES International Jazz Festival (Slovakia), the Ljubljana Jazzfest+ (Slovenia), the Jazz HR Festival (Croatia), the Paris Voicingers Festival (France), and Jazzahead! Showcase (Germany), one of the most prestigious events on the European jazz scene.
